16. 9. 2021, WEBREDAKTOR

The Běhal Fejér Institute, z.s. is pleased to invite you to a round table conversation featuring a panel of American educators and civic activists.

Our special guest, Professor Finnie Coleman from the University of New Mexico, will be discussing the development of the American Civil Rights Movement and its resonance in the Czech Republic with Norma J. Hervey (Professor of History from Charles University), Tonya Graves (popular singer living in the Czech Republic), and Kelsey Roman (Charles University student and anti-racism activist). Panel members will offer their insights on the topic of civic activism from their very different perspectives spanning more than 60 years.

The discussion will take place on October 4, 2021 in the small hall of the Central Library, 4pm-6pm, free entry.
