Musical
We lend sheet music, audio and audio-visual documents, books about music, librettos and music magazines. You can listen to the music at the library or play on a Yamaha digital piano.

Theatre
In our library you will find theatre plays, monograms on the history and theory of theatre and film, the golden stock of Czech cinematography and foreign films on DVD (films, fairy stories, comedies, musicals, westerns, psychological films and thrillers).

Information centre
We offer free internet access. We provide information about our library (opening hours, provided services, library items, searching in electronic catalogue), factographic, bibliographic and reference information (if needs be we find out where else you could receive expert advice).

Pragensia
We lend pragensia (information material with monographic or partial information about Prague). We offer books and brochures, guides, plans and maps, regional and occasional printed matter, periodicals and many other items.

Art Library
We lend you reproductions and graphic works of art to take home. In our library you will find an extensive stock of literature about graphic art and associated areas. We also have monographs and art histories available. We lend magazines about fine art, architecture, design and photography. We regularly hold exhibitions.

Rare prints
We care for the rare and historical stock of our library. In our depositaries we have approximately 18,000 historical documents from the 15th to the 21st century. The stock is as yet not accessible to the public, and so we present it in the form of exhibitions, lectures, visits and open days. We plan to make it accessible in 2011.

Digitisation
We are digitising fictional texts, books and documents which are available in our e-library. We arrange excursions for schools and others interested according to prior agreement. We offer the possibility of student fellowships.
