Kramerius or digital pragensia and theatralia
Kramerius is a web application allowing the viewing of scanned books. At this moment the Kramerius system of our library primarily offers pragensia, books concerning our capital Prague (you can also view these via www.prahavknihovne.cz), and also theatralia, mainly about theatre and film scripts from the theatre section of our library. Books are subject to copyright, so it is only possible to view online those which are free of copyright (these are usually books where the author has been dead for 70 years and more). You can find out whether a sought after book is digitised and available in Kramerius simply in our online catalogue. Titles marked “digi” are digitised and located in Kramerius.
