Angkasa má pocit, že už nemá žádný důvod zůstávat v Jakartě. Během krátké doby prožije životní zvraty: přijde o práci, zemře mu matka a jeho vztah s přítelkyní Lembayung se rozpadne. Zdrcený Angkasa se rozhodne „utéct“ a stát se dobrovolným učitelem ve vzdělávacím programu, který sám inicioval v Ollonu v oblasti Tana Toraja. V Ollonu se setkává se šesti žáky, jejichž křestní jména připomínají jména bývalých indonéských prezidentů: Karno, Harto, Habi, Wahid, Mega a Bambang. Nečekaná událost postupně promění Angkasův pohled na svět a pomůže mu dospět a zmoudřet. To, co začíná jako útěk, se nakonec stává cestou k sebepoznání a porozumění skutečnému smyslu života. 

Angkasa feels that he no longer has a reason to remain in Jakarta. Within a short period, he loses his job, his mother passes away, and his relationship with his girlfriend, Lembayung, comes to an end. Heartbroken and searching for a fresh start, Angkasa decides to "escape" by volunteering as a teacher in an educational programme he initiated in Ollon, Tana Toraja. In Ollon, he meets six students whose first names resemble those of Indonesia's former presidents: Karno, Harto, Habi, Wahid, Mega, and Bambang. An unexpected event gradually transforms Angkasa's perspective, leading him to become wiser and more appreciative of life. What begins as an escape ultimately becomes a profound journey of self-discovery and understanding of the true meaning of life.
