Zadlužený provozovatel prádelny Sang-hyon (Song Kang-ho) a zaměstnanec sirotčince Dong-soo (Kang Dong-won) kradou novorozence z babyboxu, aby je mohli následně prodat do nových rodin. So-young (Lee Ji-eun), matka malého Woo-sunga, se rozhodne, že chce své dítě zpátky, ale shodou náhod se rozhodne vydat na společnou cestu za novou rodinou svého potomka. Trojice však netuší, že je pronásledují detektivové Su-jin (Bae Doona) Lee (Lee Joo-young), kteří sbírají rozhodující důkazy pro vyšetřování obchodování s odloženými dětmi. Pro všechny kdo se setkali u jednoho babyboxu tak začíná nepředvídatelná a zvláštní cesta.

Sang-hyun (Song Kang-ho), who runs a laundromat but is always in debt, and Dong-soo (Kang Dong-won), who grew up in an orphanage and works at a baby box facility. One night in heavy rain, they secretly take a baby from the baby box. However, the next day, unexpectedly, her mother So-young (Lee Ji-eun) returns to find her baby Woo-sung. When So-young realizes that her baby is missing and tries to call the police, the two confide in her. The excuse that they did it to find the right person to raise Woo-sung does not seem to make sense, but So-young decides to accompany Sang-hyun and Dong-soo on their journey to find Woo-sung’s new parents. On the other hand, So-jin (Bae Doona), a detective, and Lee Hyung-sa (Lee Joo-young), a junior detective, have been watching all of this. They quietly follow the three in order to seize crucial evidence that could conclude an investigation that has been going on for half a year.
